Even at a gram of bark, I can see it in your eyes. :) Iboga is a
    miracle. Wonderful story.

“Negative thoughts and feelings and emotions aren’t necessarily a bad
thing…You definitely should let them run their course. You should let
those thoughts come to an end. Because through the experience of these
negative things they betray their weakness. If you constantly suppress them
and never let them run their course, you’re just weakening your self for
    the next attack.”

    Those are some wise words.

Great video man. You said you we having trouble getting to sleep, I quit
caffeine this past summer and my sleep improved ALOT. It used to take me at
least an hour+ to fall asleep, now it takes roughly 10-15 minutes. Although
quitting caffeine can be a big choice, especially for people who love
    coffee aha

really interesting. i was gonna ask you if there were so many benefits, why
didn’t you just continue? but you pretty much answered that towards the end
there. in general, judging from people’s testimonials, iboga seems to be
much more permanently transformative than ayahuasca, so people take it once
or twice & are done with it, whereas many people keep doing ayahuasca over
    & over.

thank you so much man you have answered so many of my questions and this is
exactly what kind of video i was looking for, one that would explain a long

I wonder with the iboga experience if you can prepare questions before hand
to search for the solutions while in the experience. I have heard shamans
    do this with Ayahuasca.

If used on daily basis, a maximum 250mg is sufficient.
I think the Iboga foundation have experience with low-dose treatments.

ur doing great work, I love it when people look for something, cant find
it, so do it themselves and then help others in the process, thank u.

What area of Alberta you in brother? I’m up in Fort Mac. Did a similar
experiment a short while ago. Did a gram daily for 15 days. Had very
similar experiences. Good to see Iboga isn’t completely unknown up here.
